The EPC Register enables members of the public and energy assessors to access a completed energy performance certificate (EPC)

The EPC Register also allows you to check the current validity of your energy performance certificate (EPC) or retrieve the accompanying recommendations report.

Find a national EPC energy assessor

The EPC Register also allows commercial & domestic property owners to find an EPC energy assessor and holds this information on the central register.

To find an energy assessor close to you that can perform an energy assessment on your business or homes, you need to add your postcode to the system and click search.

This search will then offer you a list of assessors, the type of EPC assessments they can undertake, such as domestic, non domestic, eco & green deal etc.

By choosing an energy assessor, The EPC Register will also give you an energy assessors full contact information, such as email and telephone number.
