These modules will explore how you can make the most of interacting you’re your customers, a practical guide towards cementing and expanding your knowledge base and an all-round masterclass in how you operate as an energy and the outward behaviours you would want your clients to see.
After completing these modules, you should know all the tips, tricks and knowledge to build your reputation as an energy assessor, improving your professionalism and making sure you’re the best assessor you can be.
The learning objectives (LOs) for the course are detailed below:
- Explore how you can make the most of interacting with your customers
- A practical guide towards cementing and expanding your knowledge base
- An all-round masterclass in how you operate as an energy assessor
- How to produce compliant reports for the Quidos scheme
- Learn the outward behaviours you would want your clients to see
A short quiz is located at the end of the module that will help you to test your understanding of Customer care practice.
Once you completed the quiz, you will be provided with a copy of your CPD certificate valid for 3hrs of CPD.
Completion of the module will provide 3 hour’s worth of CPD towards an assessor’s annual requirement.
