- All non-domestic rates are excluding vat & excluding landmark/register fee of; EPB Register £1.70 and EST £12.10 (Scotland)
- You can lodge non domestic EPCs, DEC and air conditioning reports via Quidos.
- Also produce legionella reports via Quidos. Just £4 per report.
Please note: If you are already accredited with Quidos for lodging domestic reports, you don’t need to pay an additional membership fee to the one you are already paying for domestic reports.

The Quidos non domestic energy assessor accreditation scheme NDEA is a national scheme that allows non domestic energy assessors to lodge energy performance certificates (EPCs). Our accreditation scheme accredits non domestic properties throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
