Customer Care as an Energy Assessor
Customer care is a priority for all energy assessors as it ensures that customers are satisfied with the services provided and that the experience was positive – This is important as this often leads to having a good reputation which leads to referrals and follow on business.
This 1 hour online training course considers how customer care is put into practice for the energy assessor throughout the assessment process, from initial contact and developing proposals to initial arrangements onto the assessments themselves and covers the difficult area of dealing with problems when delivering assessments.

A short quiz is located at the end of the training course that will help you to test your understanding of Customer care practice.
Once you completed the quiz, you will be provided with a copy of your CPD certificate valid for 1 Hour CPD.
Completion of the online training course will provide one hour’s worth of CPD towards an assessor’s annual requirement.
