Quidos have a range of our own software and 3rd party software for you to choose from when lodging non domestic reports.
EPC Level 3 & 4 Price
- £5 (exc VAT) monthly membership fee
- EPC (L3 & L4) £22.50 per lodgement
- All non-domestic rates are excluding vat & excluding register fee of; EPB Register £1.70 – EST £12.10 (Scotland)
- You can lodge non domestic EPCs, DEC and air conditioning reports via Quidos.
- Also produce legionella reports via Quidos. Just £4 per report.
Please note: If you are already accredited with Quidos for lodging domestic reports, you don’t need to pay an additional membership fee to the one you are already paying for domestic reports.
