Quidos is a green deal certification body and this allows us to grant green deal certification to sole traders or organisations to provide the green deal advice service.

Application and initial audit
Green deal certification cost to become a green deal advice organisation (GDAO) with Quidos, is £495 + VAT.
Green deal advisor witnesses assessments
It is a standard annual requirement for all green deal advisors (GDA) that are part of a green deal advisory organisation GDAO, to undertake a witnessed assessment.
Witnessed assessments take place in a simulated environment and our green deal advisory organisations are informed of witnessed assessment dates as part of their green deal certification.
Your green deal certification covers both domestic green deal advisors & non domestic green deal advisors.
Annual surveillance desktop audit
When certified by the Quidos green deal certification body, your green deal certification annual surveillance desktop audit is included for free.
Green deal report lodgement fees
You will firstly need an energy performance certificate (EPC) and then add this EPC to our GDSAP green deal software (included in green deal certification price) to produce an occupancy assessment and ultimately, a green deal report.
Once you have completed green deal certification and become a GDAO with Quidos, you will then be charged £3.00 + VAT for a domestic green deal report lodgement. The cost for a non domestic report is £12.50 + VAT.

Quidos are also able to offer our ‘QUBE’ occupancy assessment software solution to help a GDAO lodge, manage and operate green deal processes.
