This conservatories Bitesize CPD module gives an overview of all the different data entries that need to be made and evidence that needs to be collected when a conservatory is present for a domestic EPC.

Conservatories will not be encountered all that often and therefore it’s important that the requirements are clear in an assessor’s mind.

This module examines exactly what structures meet the definition of a conservatory, along with exploring when a conservatory should be considered to be separated or not.

The details that need to be entered for a conservatory will be examined closely, as will the the requirements for entering a ‘sunroom’ for an EPC.

Completion of the module will provide 30 mins worth of CPD towards an assessor’s annual requirement.

The module is comprised of a presentation followed up by a short multiple choice quiz, which assessors will need to pass in order to obtain the certificate for the CPD.

Upon completion of the module and successful undertaking of the quiz, a copy of the certificate will be provided to the assessors via the Quidos Training team.
