The Government approved Quidos DEA accreditation scheme is a leading national scheme covering England, Scotland, Wales Northern Ireland & Jersey. We accredit domestic energy assessors (DEA) to produce & lodge energy performance certificates (EPC).

The goal of the Quidos DEA accreditation scheme is to ensure that our members:
- Operate within a code of conduct
- Are fully qualified to undertake energy assessments
- Ensure members provide a quality service for homeowners, landlords, businesses and property owners

- RdSAP Lodgements £10 per report
- Lodge Legionella Reports for £4
- Access to our easy to use RdSAP software, technical support, and CPD opportunities
- Pi & PL Insurance
- Access reports, technical information, billing, and QA requests online, at any time
