- Understand what is displayed on an EPC;
- Understand and explain how the EPC has been produced;
- Use recommendations constructively for current & future occupants;
- Identify common issues with an EPC;
- Be confident in dealing with customer queries about the EPC.
This CPD-Certified Understanding a Domestic EPC training course has been produced to help with the understanding and explanation of domestic Energy Performance Certificates to those currently residing within a dwelling, or those looking to purchase or rent.
We have aimed this Understanding a Domestic EPC training course as a refresher to Domestic Energy Assessors, or to those within the property sector wanting to get a better understanding of EPCs
This Understanding a Domestic EPC training course will consist of a video, followed up by a short quiz at the end – just to check that you have been paying attention!
It will be worth making notes as you go through the presentation on any aspects that you are unfamiliar with.
In order to pass the module and gain the certificate, you will need to achieve at least 80% on the quiz.
You will have the opportunity to retake the quiz.
Once you completed the quiz, you will be provided with a copy of your CPD certificate valid for 1 Hour CPD.
Upon completion of the module and successful undertaking of the quiz, a copy of the certificate will be provided to the assessors via the Quidos Training team.
