The Quidos Code of Conduct is a crucial document to be aware of and to practically follow. Following the Quidos Code of Conduct leads to good professional standards being followed and positive recognition, however, not following the Code of Conduct can lead to unpleasant disciplinary proceedings which could lead to suspension.
This 1 hour Professional Conduct as an Energy Assessor online training course considers the Quidos Code of Conduct from a practical perspective and includes a review of the Quidos Code of Conduct, what ethics and standards relate to professional conduct, how to produce compliant reports to the Quidos scheme and includes consideration to data privacy.
The learning objectives (LOs) for the online training course are detailed below:

A short quiz is located at the end of the module that will help you to test your understanding of Customer care practice.
Once you completed the quiz, you will be provided with a copy of your CPD certificate valid for 1 Hour CPD.
Completion of the Professional Conduct as an Energy Assessor training course will provide one hour’s worth of CPD towards an assessor’s annual requirement.
