This Bitesize roof rooms online CPD course provides an overview of the requirements when entering a roof room for a domestic EPC.

There are a number of different considerations and requirements that need to be taken into account when defining a roof room, and this module provides guidance as to how these requirements can be approached correctly.

The module looks in detail at how roof rooms should be defined, as well as exploring what considerations should be made when selecting an age band for the space.

The different insulation entries that need to be made will be looked at in depth, along with when roof rooms should be entered as being connected to the main building.

Completion of the module will provide 30 mins worth of CPD towards an assessor’s annual requirement.

The roof rooms online CPD course is comprised of a presentation followed by a short multiple choice quiz, which assessors will need to pass in order to obtain the certificate for the CPD.

Upon completion of the roof rooms online CPD course and successful undertaking of the quiz, a copy of the certificate will be provided to the assessors via the Quidos Training team.
