Retrofit Assessor Accreditation
The Quidos Retrofit Assessor Accreditation Scheme is a TrustMark approved scheme and operates within PAS 2035 Framework, the specification for the energy retrofit of domestic buildings.
The Role
As an accredited Retrofit Assessor with Quidos, home owners will have the confidence in knowing that the person carrying out their retrofit assessment is doing so in line with the PAS2035 and TrustMark requirements; ensuring quality and cost effective measures are implemented.
The Retrofit Assessor plays a vital role within the creation of a whole house retrofit project.
Retrofit Assessors will undertake an assessment of a building looking to make energy efficient and cost-effective improvements. Incorporating RdSAP data collection, a condition survey and an occupancy assessment, the assessor will gather a variety of information, including but not limited to, the identification of the installed building services, an appraisal of the dwelling’s heritage and an identification of any constraints imposed by the local planning authority.

Annual Renewals – £199 per year.
As an accredited member of Quidos, you have full access to software, insurance and technical support during office hours.
Each Retrofit Assessment lodgement is £7.50 (RA, Condition Report & Occupancy Assessment)
Each EPR created – £2
