What is the price of the software?

There is no upfront fee for most of our software. You fee for the software is covered by lodgement fess which can be found: (Insert link here).

Our SAP and U-value software does have annual fees. These can be found here: https://jpatechnical.com/products/

How do I access the software?

A list of our software can be viewed above. However, you will be sent all access information to you upon accreditation. For calculation engine or digital home survey queries, please contact info@quidos.co.uk

Is the software online? Desktop? Mobile app?
Our software is a mixture of online desktop, downloadable desktop and mobile applications. For more information on the individual pieces of software click a specific piece above.
Can I get a trial of the software?

Yes, there is trial software available for all our software. If you wish to get a trial, please contact qas@quidos.co.uk with the details of the software you wish to trial.

Can I get training on the software?
Yes, we have numerous CPD modules, online courses and guides for how to use the software available from our training store.
Is there support for using the software?

Yes, we have a dedicated technical support team for software available Monday-Friday. You can contact them via email at support@quidos.co.uk or call 01225 667570 (Option 2).

No questions get left answered and they’re always up for a chat, so don’t be afraid to get in contact.

Is the software difficult to use?
All our software has been designed to with ease of use and efficiency in mind. However, should you find any parts difficult, then please contact our dedicated technical support team.
