Quidos Protect is a tailored solution for assessing heating and energy efficiency, saving time and identifying issues early.
Our team carries out detailed inspections before and after retrofits to ensure peak performance.

Inspection

Following each inspection, we provide a comprehensive report detailing whether the property has passed or failed, along with specific insights for each assessed measure. There are three levels of inspection:
Category 1
A pre-installation inspection that requires remedial action within 24 hours of inspection.
Category 2
A mid-installation inspection that requires remedial action within 7-10 days of inspection.
Category 3
A post-installation inspection that requires remedial action within 7-10 days of inspection, it will confirm if the installers have correctly fitted the measures to the adequate standard.

Service costing

The cost of this service is tailored to each installer and includes a full inspection for each property. If any non-compliance issues or minor correctable items are identified, Quidos will provide a remedial service to address them.

For repairs that exceed the inspection’s criteria, the details will be documented in the report and referred to the original installer for resolution. Once these non-compliance issues are addressed, remedial evidence must be submitted for review. Upon verification, the inspection report will be updated to reflect a pass, acknowledging the completed remedial work.
