iQ-Energy is our government approved RdSAP software that it the lodgement hub for all Quidos Energy Assessors.
It is our integrated front end UI which enables users to undertake the following:
- RdSAP assessment data input, calculation, and lodgement
- Non-Domestic report XML lodgement portal
- Legionella risk assessment report data input and lodgement
The software can meet all your EPC calculation and lodgement needs via our in-browser and mobile software. Available on iOS and Android, the iQ-Energy Mobile app offers a simple and accessible interface which has the standard browser-based solution, the RdSAP data input, calculation, and lodgement features all available as a mobile application. This also allows for the taking, storage and uploading of photographic evidence for energy assessors, with images automatically geotagged.
ACE is our government-approved calculation engine which generates energy performance calculations in line with the 2012 Standard Assessment Procedure for domestic dwellings. This includes calculations for Building Control compliance, SAP EPCs, and Reduced SAP calculations for existing buildings.
In addition to this, we provide a version of the ACE for the calculation of energy performance certificates for the government of Jersey based on a modified RdSAP v9.93 model. In addition to the calculation of rating and production of certificates, we also act as the lodgement Register for all Jersey RdSAP EPCs.
Our occupancy assessment calculation engine was approved for use by BRE under the old requirements for the Green Deal. This engine has been integrated with ACE and forms the spine of the PAS 2035 retrofit product within iQ-Energy.
