The Quidos non domestic energy assessor accreditation scheme NDEA is a national scheme that allows non domestic energy assessors to lodge energy performance certificates (EPCs).

Our accreditation scheme accredits non domestic properties throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Please note: If you are already accredited with Quidos for lodging domestic reports, you don’t need to pay an additional membership fee to the one you are already paying for domestic reports.

You can lodge non domestic EPCs, DEC and air conditioning reports via Quidos.
