This one hour domestic boilers online CPD course provides an overview of domestic boiler systems and how they operate. Having an understanding of how a domestic boiler system operates is an essential aspect of being an energy assessor, and this CPD module should prove useful for both domestic and non-domestic energy assessors alike.

This CPD module covers a large number of aspects relating to domestic boiler systems, including how they work, why they have proved so popular, and all of the different types of boiler system that are available to install.

The domestic boilers online CPD course also looks at the different heating fuels which can be used, the heating controls that boilers typically use, before finishing with a short guide on how to use the Product Characteristics database when producing a domestic EPC.

Completion of the module will provide one hour’s worth of CPD towards an assessor’s annual requirement. The module is comprised of a presentation followed up by a short multiple choice quiz, which assessors will need to pass in order to obtain the certificate for the CPD. Upon completion of the module and successful undertaking of the quiz, an electronic copy of your CPD certificate will be provided via email.
