iQ-Energy downtime
With the upgrade to RdSAP 9.92 being implemented on Sunday 7th December, iQ-Energy will be out of action from early morning Saturday 6th December until the upgrade has been implemented in full. iQ-Energy shall be available from 8.00am Monday 8th December.
We would advise that for any domestic EPCs planned to be surveyed tomorrow, Friday 5th December or Saturday 6th December, that you obtain the extra information required for RdSAP 9.92 so that you are able to lodge the report once the upgrade has implemented.
This will be in case your lodgements are affected by the downtime. Updated field sheets are available within iQ-Energy under domestic energy assessment and then field sheets.
Please note that once the RdSAP upgrade has been implemented, RdSAP 9.91 EPCs will not be able to be lodged and the new information will be required in order to lodge a Domestic EPC.
While we are hopeful that the downtime will be kept to a minimum, with a large upgrade to the software such as this, downtime is inevitable to be able to complete final testing and implement the upgrade.
