The latest set of conventions for non-domestic energy assessments have been released by DCLG. These conventions, Issue 5 v1.0, apply to assessments in England and Wales only and must be applied by all NDEPC accredited Energy Assessors. This also applies to those Energy Assessors currently in training. The implementation date for the new conventions (highlighted in blue) is 1st September 2014. These conventions will be included as part of future quality assurance checks of the assessments that have been undertaken and the EPCs produced after the date in the right hand column.
