We’re pleased to share that RdSAP10 is now live as of today – an important moment for the energy assessment industry that many have been preparing for over the past months.
This update brings significant changes to how EPCs are produced, reflecting modern standards, new technologies, and improved data handling. We know this is a major shift in how assessors work day to day. It’s a big learning curve, and it may take some time to adjust — and that’s completely okay. What matters is that we’re all moving forward, together, toward a more consistent and future-ready approach.
The new software will be available for use from 6am tomorrow (Monday 16th June). From that point, all new and updated EPCs must be lodged using the new RdSAP10 methodology. The previous version, RdSAP 9.94, is now closed for new reports.
We want to reassure you that you’re not expected to go through this change alone.
Our team at Quidos is here to support you every step of the way – with resources, clear instructions, and direct help when you need it.
To make the transition easier, we’ve created two helpful resources for you:
📘 RdSAP10 Training Pack — a step-by-step guide to help you get up to speed with the new process
✅ RdSAP10 Assessor Guidance Page — your go-to place for updates, FAQs, support contacts, and useful links
We strongly encourage you to review both before using the new software – they’ve been designed to give you the confidence to continue your work without delay or confusion.
If you do run into any issues or have questions, don’t hesitate to contact our support team. We’re available by phone or email and happy to help however we can.
This is a big step for all of us – but one we believe will lead to better outcomes across the board. Thank you for your professionalism, flexibility, and the work you do every day.
Let’s take this step forward, together.
