This module is the final instalment in a three part series looking in depth at the RdSAP EPC Conventions. The RdSAP Conventions provide clarification and guidance on a multitude of issues surrounding the domestic EPC process, and it is essential that assessors are well versed with the Conventions in order to ensure that EPCs are produced accurately and correctly.
This third module looks in detail through sections 5-9 of the RdSAP Conventions which covers the Secondary Heating, Water Heating, Lights, Recommendations and Miscellaneous categories.
There are 25 different Conventions in these five categories, and this module looks through each of the Conventions in detail, providing information on each, as well as clarification on how and when they should be followed.
