This module gives an overview of some of the business practices that domestic energy assessors are required to have in order operate effectively within the industry. Whilst most of the CPD modules produced by Quidos focus on technical aspects this module looks and these business practices and their importance.
Firstly the DEA Business Practices looks at how assessors should interact with customers before going on to look at how data can be organised and how complaints can be handled. The module then finishes with a look at how assessors can navigate the financial aspects of the job and how further potential work opportunities can be obtained.
Presentation followed by a short multiple choice quiz.
