This module gives an overview of the different types of non-domestic water heating systems that will be encountered in commercial buildings. There are a number of different commercial water heating systems and it is important that assessors are able to identify these and understand the impact that they can have on an EPC rating.
It will look through the full range of water heating systems including instantaneous units, stand-alone water heaters and both direct and indirect cylinders. The module concludes by looking at how to deal with multiple HWS units in a single building as well as examining the impact that hot water demand has upon the final EPC rating.
Presentation followed by a short multiple choice quiz.
