This course provides a full overview of the Legionella bacteria and the processes involved in creating a Legionella risk assessment for clients and landlords. All landlords must ensure that the dangers associated with Legionella have been fully investigated within their rented properties, and a documented Legionella risk assessment is typically seen as the best means of achieving this.
Additionally, the course will cover all of the requirements associated with completing a Legionella risk assessment. We will look through all the different aspects of data that must be collected for the process, as well as looking at how to create a report within the Quidos iQ-Energy software. Whilst this module is not classified as mandatory in order to use the software and create reports, we strongly advise assessors to complete this module prior to undertaking Legionella surveys.
