This module is the second in a two-part series looking through some common problems and issues that non-domestic energy assessors encounter when undertaking non-domestic assessments. Continuing on from the first module, this instalment looks at a number of additional problems and issues encountered by non-domestic energy assessors, and how these situations should be dealt with for the EPC.
The subjects covered by this module include: buildings without any HWS, entry of HWS storage, the use of defaults, amending recommendations and the provision of adequate Q/A evidence. By undertaking this module, you will obtain a full understanding of how these issues should be dealt with when undertaking a report and be well equipped to avoid the pitfalls and mistakes which befall many non-domestic assessors.
