NEW ‘Extensions’ Online Training Course

Extensions Online Training Course

This 1 hour online training course gives an overview of extensions and how they should be assessed and entered when undertaking domestic EPCs. Extensions are one of the issues that many domestic energy assessors have a lot of trouble with and this online training covers many of the issues surrounding the correct identification of extensions for RdSAP.

The extensions online training course examines the definition of an extension and looks through a number of different types of extension that assessors will encounter on a regular basis. The course then moves on to look at how extensions can be accurately dated before considering how to deal with more than 4 extensions and flats with multiple alternative walls.

Completion of the training course will provide one hour’s worth of CPD towards an assessor’s annual requirement. The training course is comprised of a presentation followed up by a short multiple choice quiz, which assessors will need to pass in order to obtain the certificate for the CPD. Upon completion of the course and successful undertaking of the quiz, a copy of the certificate will be provided to the assessors via the Quidos Training team.
