An overview of solid brick wall construction. Correct entry of a property’s wall construction is one of the most fundamentally important aspects of an energy assessment, and completion of this module will provide a firm understanding of various aspects relating to solid brick construction.
This module looks in detail at the principles behind solid brick wall construction, before then examining the techniques which can be used to ensure that solid brick walls are identified accurately. It then goes on to look at the options available for solid brick insulation including both internal and external options.
