This module gives an overview of all the different data entries that need to be made and evidence that needs to be collected when a conservatory is present for a domestic EPC. Conservatories will not be encountered all that often and therefore it’s important that the requirements are clear in an assessor’s mind.
It examines exactly what structures meet the definition of a conservatory, along with exploring when a conservatory should be considered to be separated or not. The details that need to be entered for a conservatory will be examined closely, as will the the requirements for entering a ‘sunroom’ for an EPC.
Presentation followed by a short multiple choice quiz.
