“I have been with Quidos for several years and have been more than happy with using them for lodgements. The lodgment fees are one of the cheapest around if using a package, The PC software is very very easy to use.
Re Tech Support: The Technical support by Phone is exceptional. if I email a support agent directly, the reply is very rapid and thorough.
Auditing: this is always a minefield for any AC, however I have found Quidos to be thorough, yet fair. They also listen to any back up evidence and contact the assessor first regarding any small mistake, such as a picture or info missing, instead of automatically failing
I have been accredited with two other AC and Quidos is the only one I will now use”
